About the Team


Key Responsibilities:

  1. •Build on the work of the Design Team

  2. •Plan and present the Winnetka Summer Institute in June of 2009

  3. •Identify additional information to be collected in advance of Strategic Planning meetings

  4. •Plan and participate in fall and winter planning meetings

  5. •Support and monitor sharing of planning retreat results with the Winnetka community

  6. •Examine results of Winnetka community dialogues and identify necessary adjustments to outcomes of planning meetings

  7. •Meet with staff implementation committees to clarify intent of key plan objectives and strategies


Estimated Time Commitment:

  1. •Meetings for orientation and planning

  2. •Members may serve as facilitators for some topics and discussions

  3. •Fall and Winter meetings

  4. •Background reading and preparation work (data collection, analysis, sub-group work)

  5. •Opportunities to participate in meetings to support and monitor Winnetka community input and dialogue sessions

  6. •Opportunity to meet with staff implementation committees to hand off process and provide clarification in key areas
